Inactive Accounts, Deposits, and Withdrawals
Here’s what customers need to know about inactive accounts, deposits, and withdrawals:
- Inactive Accounts: If an account remains inactive for 12 months and has a positive balance, a monthly fee of 650 BDT will apply. A notice will be sent in the 11th month, alerting customers to withdraw their funds before the fee starts;
- Deposits: Customers must use a payment method registered under their name to make deposits. Currency conversion may apply, and customers are responsible for any fees. Funds will be credited once the payment issuer authorizes the transaction;
- Withdrawals: The platform requires a minimum withdrawal amount of 1,300 BDT, except when closing the account. A fee of 8% applies if deposits have not been wagered at least once. Verification steps may be necessary before processing withdrawals. Funds will be returned to the original payment method. Withdrawal limits may depend on account balances.
General Provisions
The following points apply to the Terms and their enforcement:
- The Terms remain in effect for the duration of a customer’s use of the service and continue to apply even after an account is closed;
- Singular terms include their plural forms, and references to one gender apply to all genders;
- Any waivers must be made in writing. If a term is not enforced at any given time, it does not mean the platform permanently waives it;
- By continuing to use the service, customers confirm they understand and accept these Terms;
- In case of any differences between the English version and another language, the English version will prevail;
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao.
The Terms represent the complete agreement between the platform and customers and replace any prior agreements or communications.
